To develop a scheme for a new space, we follow a methodical process that we've honed over time. First we undertake a thorough investigation of program requirements. We then conduct a detailed survey and gather input from the client to arrive at a concrete needs assessment and a familiarity with the client's design preferences. We work with the client to establish a mutual understanding of specific spatial and programmatic needs. We then refine the design to accommodate the realities of construction, code, and budget, frequently making recommendations and preparing estimates on material selections. Simply put, our approach relies on a few basic principles to achieve a finished product that looks beautiful and works right. |
